We require a 24 hour notice for any reservation.
Our inn is designed to be for adults however this is not a hard and fast rule. Please at least ask.
For the comfort of all guests, Pleasant View Farm Bed and Breakfast Inn is a Non-Smoking establishment. Smoking is limited to outdoors only.
We do not allow candles in any of the guest rooms. Any damage by candles or wax from candles will be charged to the guest. We do however offer a fireplace in each of the Carriage House guest rooms with the use of firelogs only during Winter months.
In addition, we are unable to accommodate guest pets, no matter how friendly they may be.

Though alcohol is permitted, excessive drinking, heavy partying, and loud carousings are not permitted.
We ask that our guests adhere to quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am out of respect for others.
Gift certificates may be purchased for a specific room or dollar amount. Once purchased, the gift certificates may only be used at the inn and may not be redeemed for cash.
